 How much does shipping costs?

Shipping varies depending on the amount of order and destination, please calculate your shipping rate at checkout.

CUSTOMS & DUTY

We operate on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis, be aware that depending on the country of destination import duties, taxes or brokerage fees may be charged for the package. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country.

Countries unavailable for shipping: Aland Islands, Azerbaijan, Cuba, Venezuela and Brasil. For Russia & Greece shipping, we only use postal service and there is an estimated time of arrival of 8 weeks. If you have further questions about this matter please contact hola@xkalina.com.

SHIPMENT DATE

Orders are processed for shipment from Monday to Friday, orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

XKALINA shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of XKALINA

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once XKALINA proceed with the creation of the shipment label, clients receive a notification from our carrier specifying the tracking number.

UNSUCCESFUL SHIPMENT DELIVERY

If for any reason, an order from XKALINA is not successfully delivered to the client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the commercial agreement, the package risks being sent back to XKALINA at the client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
